Quarters for the parking meter. The meter rate is $0.25
for 15 minutes. Meters start charging at 10AM. This means that you will
need 8 quarters for a 2-hour practice. There is also residential parking
if you can find it! |

Bottled water to take on the boat. Dehydration can happen
quickly while paddling. If you are going to be out practicing for an hour or
more, it may be a good idea to carry one liter or more with you. One liter
is approximately two (2) 16 fl oz water bottles. |

Sunblock. Remember to reapply as needed! |

Hat/Cap. |

| 5. |
Sandals, aquasocks, or water booties. You can go barefoot
if you choose. Not a good idea to wear tennis shoes (leather and salt
water do not mix). To avoid sand in your car, you may want to bring a
spare pair of sandals/shoes to change into. |

Gloves (not leather). |

Shorts, tank top or t-shirt. |

Towel |

Change of clothes. |

Cushion or cabinet liners (optional). |
