LAST WEEKEND TO PRACTICE before LONG BEACH!! Please try to make practices this weekend (THURS 6P only for A Team) - SAT 8:30A (7A for A Team) and SUN 9:00A AND our team meeting SAT 4:00P.
TEAM MEETING - We're running short of chairs - bring a folding/beach chair. Make sure you RSVP to the Evite with the dish that you'll be bringing!
PRACTICE SCHEDULE THIS WEEK:
THURS 7/17 - "A" Team only at 6PM
SAT 7/19 - A and B Teams at 8:30AM
SUN 7/20 - A and B Teams at 9AM

This week, think about how you can improve your TECHNIQUE: ROTATION, PADDLES DEEP IN THE WATER, 45 DEGREE ANGLE ENTRY, QUICK SNAP TO THE FRONT, LIFTING UP THAT INSIDE CHEEK . . .
Also, it's VERY likely that we will be in BACK-TO-BACK RACES, especially on SUNDAY. PLEASE make sure you are working on your endurance --- anything that gets your cardio up for long periods of time: running, swimming, etc.
THANKS CHRISELLE for the Jamba Juice break on SUN; it certainly hit the spot --- I have Jamba Juice on speed dial now for future visits!
