AeroDragons ---
Wish us luck (the Boracay crew) as we leave for the Philippines this week. Our races are scheduled for May 2 and 3.
THIS SUN AeroDragons are beach monitors. PLEASE help Dee if you can to monitor boats/teams SUN from 7:30A to about 1P.
RECRUITING OPPORTUNITIES - need help to recrui
t paddlers for a few hours during lunch 2 days in May:
1. TUES May 13th @ the Aerospace Corporation in El Segundo
2. THUR May 22nd @ Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo
Please let us know if you'd be able to help at our booths!
***A REMINDER TO THE NEW PADDLERS - you're allowed three (3) free practices before having to commit to membership with the AeroDragons and payment of dues. Dues are $50 cash or check made out to "AEA AeroDragons" - please give to Anthony Luna!***
RACE JERSEYS - if you are racing in the Spring Race and need a uniform jersey, please let me know - we have limited stock available, we also have t-shirts . . .
OUTRIGGERS - BOTH MEN AND WOMEN practice on MON and WED. from now until race day. Our first outrigger race will be SAT May 10th in San Diego (day before our Spring Race).
DON'T FORGET YOUR LAND TRAINING (both BORACAY and SPRING RACE crews) - don't forget your 3 sets of 30 sit-ups, 30 push-ups, 30 squats, 30 leg raises - 3 times a week.
DO NOT PARK ON APPIAN WAY. Please park in the metered parking or the Boy Scout lot south of 2nd Street bridge.

Guys - great job again at practice . . . thanks for coming out and going through the drills!
A REMINDER TO THE NEW PADDLERS - you're allowed three (3) free practices before having to commit to membership with the AeroDragons and payment of dues. Dues are $50 cash or check made out to "AEA AeroDragons" - please give to Anthony Luna!

If you are interested in being a Starter, working on the chase boat, being a linesman (holding the tails of the boats at the start), or helping with marshalling at the loading dock - let me know - Dr. Chen and Mike will be holding training classes soon!

GREAT turnout to practice this last SAT & SUN - welcome to all the new folks that showed up --- you all did well keeping up with our drills!

CAMBODIAN NEW YEAR PARADE this SUN April 6th @
8:30A - Dr. Chen would like us to march in this local Long Beach parade . . . more info to follow in a separate EVITE!
