BORACAY CREW MANDATORY SATURDAY PRACTICE @ 9AM. We need to practice race sets!

PRACTICE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY @ 9AM.
ONLY 8 PEOPLE SIGNED UP FOR MOTHER'S DAY RACE on Mother's Day May 11th in Marine Stadium --- please respond to the Evite that was sent!
OUTRIGGERS - LADIES practice MON/WED @ 6PM. MEN practice TUES/THUR @ 6PM. Our first outrigger race will be SAT May 10th in San Diego (day before our Spring Race).
DON'T FORGET YOUR LAND TRAINING (especially BORACAY crew) - don't forget your 3 sets of 30 sit-ups, 30 push-ups, 30 squats, 30 leg raises - 3 times a week.
LONG BEACH ALL STAR TEAM PRACTICE (for those of you signed up to try out for this team) this SUN 3/23 at 11:30A.
NEW PADDLERS will be allowed three (3) free practices before having to commit to membership with the AeroDragons and payment of dues.
DO NOT PARK ON APPIAN WAY. Please park in the metered parking or the Boy Scout lot south of 2nd Street bridge.
REMEMBER in case of rain/sewage spill or other extenuating circumstance, find out status of practice by calling my cell phone at (310) 749-3592 on day of practice for a recorded message . .

PRACTICE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY @ 9AM STARTING THIS WEEKEND! Remember to "spring ahead" to daylight savings time on SUN.
LONG BEACH SPRING RACE SUN April 27th 9A-3P at Marine Stadium. Separate Evite on this to follow!
OUTRIGGERS - no more SUN practices. They will pract
ice on WED @ 6PM starting THIS WEDNESDAY (I know, it'll be kind of dark - layer your clothes). Looks like first outrigger race will be May 10th in San Diego - make sure you give Tony/Ty your dues and order your shirts/rashguards!
CONGRATS TO Iris, Robert and Jerry who completed the SCDBC Dragon Boat Steering Certification yesterday!
