PRACTICE this SAT 2/23 at 9AM.
LONG BEACH ALL STAR TEAM PRACTICE (for those of you signed up to try out for this team) this SUN 2/24 at 11:30A.
2008 DUES ARE DUE NOW!
NEW PADDLERS will be allowed three (3) free practices before having to commit to membership with the AeroDragons and payment of dues.
LAND TRAINING (especially BORACAY crew) - don't forget your 3 sets of 30 sit-ups, 30 push-ups, 30 squats, 30 leg raises - 3 times a week . . .
DO NOT PARK ON APPIAN WAY. Please park in the metered parking or the Boy Scout lot south of 2nd Street bridge.
REMEMBER in case of rain/sewage spill or other extenuating circumstance, find out status of practice by calling my cell phone at (310) 749-3592 on day of practice for a recorded message . .

PRACTICE this SAT 2/16 at 9AM. OUTRIGGER SUN 2/17 at 2PM. Be prepared for more intense practices in the coming weekends - make sure you bring water/drink.
COACH DEE said "great job" last weekend keeping up with the workout --- keep it up! Continue with your land training, especially sit-ups!

Hi AeroDragons family! I just wanted to say thank you for the support you all have given to me these last couple of weeks. Thank you all for your kind expressions of sympathy and for keeping our family in your thoughts and prayers. The flower arrangement was a beautiful addition to my Dad's viewing/burial. Jerry and I are truly blessed to have such a wonderful group of friends.
