NAPLES BOAT PARADE --- We won the BEST DRAGON BOAT AWARD!
As we floated into the canals, we heard the crowd murmuring in wonder as people yelled out: "Are you a bunch of Moseses?" or "Hey --- you guys supposed to be drag queens?" or "What the hell are you?" --- the judges thought that we were paying homage to the fire-breathing dragon that was NOT allowed in the parade this year. Noone figured out that we were "100-Year-Olds Celebrating Naples' 100 Years." At any rate, they thought that the AeroDragons went out of their way to best represent the parade theme of Naples Centennial Celebration and awarded us the BEST DRAGON BOAT AWARD. Alas, Space Dragons, Pinks and OC Dragons did not pick up any awards . . .

HIGHLIGHTS:
--- Dee's Canadian screws (better than American screws?)
--- Damon wailing for Vince (similar to the Miami manatee call)
--- Hitting people on the head with gumballs (unintentionally)
(Apparently the judges said people actually complained about this)
--- Mike's "special" hot chocolate
--- The impromptu practice set (finish rates and power sets) after the parade
