PRACTICES are back on schedule for WED 5:30P, SAT 9:30A and SUN 8:30A on C2 Yellow Boat. COACH DEE says continue your 3 sets of 40 push ups & sit ups ---
PLEASE RSVP FOR THE DAY YOU'RE COMING and make sure you arrive PROMPTLY at 5:30P WED, 9:30A SAT or 8:30A SUN for warm-up.
REMINDER 1: Eat something in the morning before you come to practice (think bananas, energy bars, carbs/protein, etc..). Your body needs food to produce energy to paddle. We don't want you to get sick while out on the water. Also, bring water or Gatorade to hydrate yourself while paddling.
REMINDER 2: Rashguards are $17 for the short-sleeved/ $18 for the long-sleeved versions. Make checks payable to me or exact change PLEASE!
